Some changes.

I've decided to change direction for this blog a little bit.   Initially I was going to use it mostly for photo stuff, but things didn't go well for the project that I wanted to start, and I've found that while you can do photo stuff on this site, it's not a very streamlined experience, so there's a bit of a learning curve to it.  I've not really been able to get it to do what I want as far as that goes yet.  But I'll have more time to mess with that now.  So in lite of all that, i'm going to make this more of a general blog, a more general "what's going on in my life" kind of blog.  So hopefully i'll be posting more.   

There will still be photos, as soon as I can figure out how to make that reliably do what I want.   Even if I didn't yet get to my larger project I still take my camera out and do my thing with it.

+1 for taking photos. And blogging about life is a good way to keep going.

Photography has always been a part of my life, ever since my mother gave me a camera when I was like 6. I can't imagine a time I'm not behind one at least part of the time.

I've been wanting to do more here for some time. And honestly I really miss the "Livejournal" type experience. I should have made this decision earlier.

LJ was honestly my favorite thing. I always liked being able to say stuff, or reply to stuff without having top worry about a character limit or some other service that would let me post a longer post. I like the slower pace too.

I wonder how old this site is? I remember when people first started leaving LJ DeadJournal was a big one people went to. Not sure this was around back then, and I can't exactly remember the year. I just know it was a long time ago. o.O
