Issues with the DreamWidth site.

 I've been having some issues with the inbox page, several of the buttons on there are just not working at all for me anymore.  I can't for example delete any messages in my inbox.  I've  tried several different browsers across 4 different computers. Nothing helps.  I'm probably going to have to talk to someone here about it.  
I'm not sure what would cause this to happen, It was fine until like a month ago.  I haven't really changed anything either, so I"m not sure what's actually going on.  Hopefully it's fixable.

Do you know if you're using the legacy user interface or the new one, at least? Assuming the legacy UI still exists.

I don't actually, i didn't know there was a different interface. I haven't been on here that long (only a year or two) so I'm guessing I'm on whatever was the default at that time.

Turns out, the new interface still needs to be enabled in your account settings, under Organize -> Test Beta Features. It can't hurt to try and see if it fixes your issues.

I'd have never realized that there was actually a different interface. I went through the settings back when I started this thing, but I never noticed it. And the old interface was working just fine until a couple months ago. Thanks a ton for the heads up!

It was announced a while ago as a beta feature. People were invited to switch and see if anything breaks. Looks like by now so many did the switch that the old interface breaking can go unnoticed by most.

So it seems. I don't know if it's been like that for everyone that's using it, but it's been that way for me now for at least a couple months. So I'm guessing if there hasn't been a mass of people complaining about it, I was one of the few still on it.

But it alss seems like if that was the case, they should just either make it the default, or at least make some kind of announcement that the old interface is being depreciated and that people should move to the new one.

If you hadn't mentioned it to me, I wouldn't have ever known a new one existed, and for new folks coming, it might just seem broken from the start and give the impression that the site is kind of abandoned.
